Follow the directions printed on the pack 1–2 sprays per ear, up to 3 times per day. Start with the lowest amount, and if your ears feel comfortable you can keep it as part of your regular routine.

What’s the best way to apply it?

Hold the bottle upright near the opening of your ear, press the nozzle once and let the fine mist coat the outer ear canal. Don’t push the nozzle deep into the ear. Wipe away any excess from the outer ear with a clean tissue. No tilting or lying down needed. 

How long will one 30ml bottle last me?

With regular use of a spray or two per ear, a bottle typically lasts several weeks to a couple of months depending on how often you use it. If you plan to make it a daily or weekly habit, our 2- and 3-bottle bundles give you a full routine at a better price per bottle.
